Bouskoura site
The new ERGO MAROC production site is built on a 10,000 sqm covered land in Bouskoura. Our site meets the standards of good manufacturing practices in terms of quality, safety and respect of the environment. An ecological project based on clean energy to minimize the environmental impact of drug production.
Equipped with the latest technologies to ensure efficient and reliable production of our drugs. The production site is divided into 6 areas, each dedicated to a specific galenic form :
- Drinkable ampoules → 50,000,000 units/year
- DPI (Dry Powder Inhalers) → 300,000,000 units/year
- Concentrated solutions for hemodialysis → 4,000,000 units/year
- Cartridges for hemodialysis → 5,000,000 units/year
- Tablets → 600,000,000 units/year
- Capsules → 150,000,000 units/year
The packaging capacity is 30,000,000 boxes annually.
A warehouse with a storage capacity of 1200 Euro pallets.
Thanks to rigorous quality control systems, our site meets European GMP standards.
